Your videos are great ! I crack up every time I watch them. Just curious, and you don't have to answer, but do you live in NV? I live in the Reno area, and the views on your property are stunning :)

when i started roping from horseback i roped myself, my foot, and my horse in one day haha just turn your horse away from whatever you're aiming at - when you make a catch face your horse towards whatever you've caught. roping horses know to stop and face the catch when you throw. good job haha

thats a good i deaia that way when you rope your steer and try to make a handle your hore has ben trained to cut out on you!!!

I was the one that made him turn, I'm just stupid & didn't think about the fact that I was turning him in the direction that I was swinging the rope! I wondered why he was hesitating to turn when I asked him to. lol.

I feel so guilty for messing up and hitting him like that. I should have known better then to even TRY since I know that I've got the worst coordination in the world, but I thought if anyone was going to get hit in the head it would be me! Doh! :D
