first off, this kid dont know the date. as for the movie, they started a script in 06, scrapped it at 08 because WB wanted to screw up the movie. the writers said eat a dick and left. The guy who made GI JOE movie is a big fan of eric nyland's "fall of reach" that was made in 2003 and picked it up and doing it on his off time. Microsoft is rumored that they will completley budget the movie. The guy is also seeking eric nyland or whatever, the writer of reach. Movie plans to be about reach..

@TutorialCake Because most of the footage was taken from the HALO reach trailer with some also taken from a HALO 3 trailer and a couple clips from the Peter Jackson/Weta HALO movie short teaser film. I don't recognize the ODST footage (I'll assume an ODST trailer) but the actors and film style is different from the Reach footage. Not to mention the vid starts with Spartans that mysteriously become ODST members played by different actors. Movie trailers also include character dialogue.
