Heh I must be odd. I never found it to be too complicated. It became my favorite track the very first time I played it when I was totally noob. Back when even a 38 seemed impossible to me :P.

Just to throw myself into this conversation i must say that reRun is DEFINATELY the best track by Ron Turbo(Maybe the best track ever, that's my opinion)...Angel is very nice too but i dont like the end...and tiny tech, is way too complicated for a n00b like me ;D

lol TB are you kidding? I like rerun, but I can see why a few don't, however tinytech? That's the greatest tech track ever no question and should be loved by all :P.

ronturbo fairly deserved hundrets of awards for his tracks, they were quite nice in those days

lets take a look at AnGel.. the best techtrack ever maybe, perfectly calculated even today, thats a classic track ;)

Ron deserved those hundreds of awards and deserves hundreds more :P. Anyway are you telling me that rerun and TT aren't calculated well? Not liking them is one thing but to say that is ignorance imo. I won't argue though since you brought up Angel which is a worthy substitute for best tech track :).

when i talk about calculation i mean that no matter how fast a player is, the track can still keep the flow

this is not the case on rerun for example, the car easily takes off ahead of the looping :(

I agree with Corey. I love Rerun, though I can see why some don't... TinyTech however = the best track ever :D.

Timebreaker: Just because it's not possible to take that turn before the loop full speed, doesn't make it a bad calculated turn. It is just a challenging turn, which noobs tend to hate, because it's tricky. That part before the loop as actually my favorite part of the track...

that part is bad calculated when it was not ron turbos purpose that you can take off

and when looking at his authortime i believe he didnt see that coming..

I simply hate that part because I think that its stupid that faster drivers get disadvantaged and have to leave gas to not crash

I actually hate that section of the track also, but I'm noob so.. :P. Regardless I don't see how it can be a disadvantage. Play it a while and it almost becomes an instinct. Adaption. Whether or not Ron intended that really doesn't matter because to keep up with the best you have to adapt. The disadvantage is being slow. If I get to that section of the track and I DON'T have to slow down than that means I'm probably 2+ seconds behind. so in conclusion .. faster = advantage!

About tinytech, I can see it being disliked also, but to me it's easily the best track. There is more crammed in this 34 sec track than many 1+min tracks and guess what? It flows perfectly. Flawless track(except for the bugs here and there). Will also mention that I drove myself insane many times due to frustration, yet I always went back and no other track has done that to me :P. I've played it more than all of the other tracks i've played combined..obvious exaggeration but you can the point.

personally, i dont like TT, but thats cuz i haven't taken the time to drive it serious.. its a genius track, but it has not gotten my attention

another track that i ALWAYS return to, is Leave It Behind by hitch.. there are some tracks that just fits perfect with a certain driver, and for me, its L.I.B <3

..not even Angel? Angel's possibly the most artistic techTrack every made for TMN. How did Ron get the track to have such a flawless flow? If you consider his 58"s Author Record and then compare the WR.. how was he able to make the perfect track without being able to drive it with full speed himself? :-)
