i guess the fowler's toad mating call (and the bullfrog mating calls one can hear in the background as well) are the males' way of saying "ME SO HORNY! ME LOVE YOU LONG TIME!"
Yeah! lol! imagine you where sitting quietly and maybe talking about how scary that paranormal activity movie you just saw was, to your friends while camping in the woods at night, (the frog was hidden a few meters behind you) then all of a sudden that scream came out loud! I guess everybody would run the hell out! lol!
