Tragedy is bad no matter who it belongs to, however, Koreans from Korea are extremely xenophobic, consider themselves above the Filipinos, and thus treat them poorly. Where else in the world do you have "Korean only" bars, taxi cabs, restaurants, etc... and "Foreigner only" bars, taxi cabs, clubs, etc... What is next over there, Korean only drinking fountains? Korean only bathrooms? Sounds like racism to me.

the principle of "karma" really works....2 years ago, the Philippines was also devastated by massive flooding...at the middle of that horrible tragedy when filipinos were in need of help, a korean lady made fun of the situation and labelled filipinos as "monkeys"....she even wished that those "monkeys" will DROWN. I hope that she and her family are okay. We still pray for Korea.
