I personally use the Mio Drive. It has lots of features for about $60. Seems expensive but man, those things go over the $200 range in some places. Check out their site - miowatchDOTcom. Under the products tab, you will see the red/black "Drive" one I use. Simple press the sensors and get your results. Just make sure to find out what your target hearts are. If youre not wearing one, I HIGHLY recommend HEART RATE MONITORS! Find out your fat-burning zone and get in it. Very effective. Didn't think I needed one the first 30 days of round 1...then bought one, did some research, and man...what a difference. By wearing one, you'll be more conscious and aware. Definitely keeps you honest.
It's ok to keep them short. Otherwise, you may be hit with copyright infringement. I've seen it happen to honest people posting their workout routines. Keep it!
