I've seen your hair on your Straight Hair with Volume tutorial and from what I could tell, you have Scene Hair aka an Asian Mullet...short layers on top with long layers at the bottom towards the back (some people just clip on extensions for the long bottom).

@TashaLovelyy well, it would just look like scene hair! youll have thick hair on top and thin hair on the ottom, like the pictures she posted at the end. if you like that style you should go for it. i reccomend this hairstyle for people who have really thick hair like me and want it to seem thinner, if you want it thicker dont get it. will only make it seem thinner chopping off all that hair.

You are right when you say that there isn't a specific name for your haircut because it is so customized. However, the closest name that you could use is the 180-degree cut (this is where all the hair is pulled up vertically into the crown area and cut straight across (what you demonstrated in this video). It is customized because of the choppiness and extra layers in the side with your part.

I am a hairstylist....what she is describing is called disconnected layers....the top section of her hair is layered, it is not blended with the bottom that she wants to grow out...that is why it's called disconnected layers.
