I've had lucid dreaming as well and nightmares. One, I was actually fighting against entities. I won in my dreams. I also had dreams about spiders. Everytime I had a dream about spiders I was attacked in the real world. Bad things would happen. Until I defeated, squished and demolished the spiders, they would come back into my dream. Weird stuff... I also believe that these benzo's and prozac's open you up to spiritual attack. Anything unnatural that you put into your body, leaves/open.
Also once I had a long dream which ended with seeing the devil at the back of my parent's house, it was a fair complexion woman with long black hair and pointy teeth I instantly knew she was the devil and so I tried to burn her but it didn't work, so I went inside and got a bucket of water and poured it on her, nothing happened and she just looked at me with an evil smile then I woke up!! loooooooool One of the most messed up dreams I ever had...
I had a lucid nightmare once I had an army chase me around, a bunch of tanks and humvees and helicopters, chasing me out of the city through teh desert into a small abandoned village, went hiding inside a huge building that was like some kind of office building, then got out from the back without them noticing and escaped, also I wasn't alone had a bunch of people with me...
They're probably reflecting how you feel in your approach, you sound very paranoid. Many people talk to dream characters with fantastic results

i recalled having a similar lucid dream of being chased by an army as well. And i was'nt alone either, there was a bunch running togather
