Hi,i can get my first leg up to my thigh and my knees is down but i cant get my second leg to my thigh any tips?? and also i am not so flexible so can you recommend any stretch exercises??
@jabbawockeez127 that's a good start and sounds like the half lotus, you can gradually move into the lotus over a period of time. if you practice regularly and consistently the full lotus will become easier and you will be able to sit for longer periods without any pain...
@90kevigilante hi yes this is normal, in fact you will feel pressure in different parts of your legs as this is a new posture, over time with regular practice it becomes easier. Check out our other videos on the channel revealing the half lotus posture and other Meditation Posture. its good to try and gradually ease your way into the position...
also straighten teh back in a relaxed position is good also it amkes the flow of energy better
