there are surgeons hands in control for every movement regardless of technique

I know, they're at the controls, I think they would be a lot more accurate with their own hands then with robotic hands. They do it this way so that they don't have to cut a huge hole in your stomach and leave you with a big scar. I'd rather have a big scar...
