Hey can you help me with secduling in Bulk... I can't get the Excel file to be correctly recognized... when I click "submit" it comes up with tons of symbols that I never typed.

Can yo help me out with hootsuit?
i can scheduele a lot of messages with csv file but my probelm is when i use this metod i cant choose a tumbnail foto, can you help me please.
