  • The point is, using a memory house is faster and more efficient once you have some practice with it and it is extremely handy when taking a test, or remembering someone's name. It is a little strange and it seems like it is going way out of the way, but once you start trying it you realise how handy it is.

  • most people here dont really understand the impication if this technique, it is used by al remembering champions. in the ages before widespread use of paper it was used to store anything. there are writings that tell about people building gigantic palaces in their minds capeble of holding complex formula's, ore in this age people remembering lists of 4000! words, (think about exams). a man could remember 64,000 nummbers after the coma in phi. the possibiletys are endless, use your imagination

  • The point is to apply this to situations where pen & paper aren't handy. e.g. giving a speech, exam revision etc.

  • BBC is now officially supporting the effects of drugs.
