All this youtube sound quality is killing me....and the video on the PGS site isn't working!? AAHHH!!!! Will this maintain the top end shimmer/chime I'm getting from my strat? With this compression I can't tell if this dulls the top end a little or if your dry sound just isnt as bright and chimey as mine normally is.
@peeblesj1131 - Sorry for the technical difficulties. We'll get our team on it stat! In the meantime, we can assure you that the Viper is quite transparent and has an extremely clean signal path. It won't cause you to lose any of your chimey tonal qualities. Thanks!
Will this pedal work well with a JH-F1 Fuzzface? I see comments on uni-vibe effect videos saying that the effects "cuts" the sound when both pedals are used in conjunction. Thanks!
One other comment. Put a Wah pedal (I like the Morleys) and a T-Rex Moller in front of the Viper and set for a slow-ish rate on the Viper. Blast off to Wah Distortion Nirvana my friends!!! You will NOT regret giving this pedal a try. (The Moller is a TS909 slayer too FYI).
Funny, I'm looking for a "leslie" pedal and came across this one. I would definitely go for Mini Deja Vibe which is nearly $100 cheaper than this one. But then I checked the prices here in Norway and I can get one new for $133, while in US it is rated as one of the most expensive of the class: $340! That hurts!!
But the fun doesn't stop there. If I were to buy the Mini Deja Vibe here in Norway, I'd have to pay $600.
Oh yeah! This just became my new favorite chorus pedal. This video just did it for me, I'm officially on the hunt for one. I really hope my local boutique shop has one for me to play around with before I get it. Thanks again Andy you rock.
Any thing made by dunlop is a total waste of my money, Im not saying this is The Greatest Vibe in the world but to say its like the dunlop is like compairing a Don Grosh to a Mexican Strat
