Yes, you're right about the shoes. I didn't realise you were the same dancer as the other vids until you answered my comment. It does totally change the look and feel of the dance!. But I like the relaxed feel in your home videos, too. Nice body wave from the leg climb position--never saw that particular way of doing it. Scorpio on the floor and later in the air were both great. Ha Ha--watch that mirror or your neighbor will come running up the stairs when it hits the ground!!
My downstairs neighbor is crazy...he might kill me if i do...lol...it makes too much noise so I try to be considerate...but otherwise I ALWAYS dance in my shoes. You can see them in some of the other videos that were not shot at my place...I like it much better with shoes.

She is my ultimate inspiration as well, and I am going to take some classes with her next week when I go to Cali. You really look like you're having fun on the pole, so it's enjoyable to watch!
