When installing the last piece of replacement floor plank, why can't you remove ONLY the bottom part of the groove? I'd think that the tongue could stay in place, and the plack could just be rotated into position, once the tongue is in place. I can see that it would be necessary to remove the tongue at the END of the plank, but not necessarily along the edge. Or maybe I'm mistaking in thinking that the tongue is square, rather than rounded? Or maybe round off the tongue, so it COULD slip in.
