Were not but the law says otherwise. Plus your able to become an American just like every other person as long as you go through the correct proceedings. Anyone can become an American as long as you follow the rules. No other country is bending their laws for immigrants why should America. It is not American families fault that your parents brought you here illegally. Go back to your homeland and make it a better place for you and your citizens.
