As a Canadian, I respected the history of USA as being the innovators of progress of the industrialised world. Its citizens worked hard, and did their country proud. U.S used to be the world power through pride, work ethic, motivation, and self motivation. Then, a few generations later, it became a 'lets leech off our homeland' country. Sue for this and Sue for that. Its too bad. Because, the door is open to the Chinese to impose their way of life. Which is Comunism. onto the rest of the worl

@t78a isn't the problem with the Chinese way of life that people can be abused without recourse? That's also the problem with taking away people's ability to sue when we are wronged. Many greivous wrongs have no criminal penalty in this country. Lawsuit or violence are the only recourse. Which one do you find more civil?
