van dijk parks worked with Brian Wilson, which is one of if not the best musicians ever!! for those of you who don't know who brian wilson is, he is the lead singer/songwriter for the beach boys! yeah, most blondes go darker as they get older unless they're complete towheads. he was always a sort of dirty blondish anyway. i love how sometimes his eyes are blue and sometimes theyre green. =)

where the fuck was his head during young modern? next album needs to incorporate some more progressive elements like petrol & chlorine....we get it Dan you're done with grunge, and we're so happy that you're doing so well, but straying so far from the formula has cost you alot of fans...no one is asking you to sound like frogstomp again, just sound like Silverchair.

well most of the songs from young modern were written when he was with the dissociatives (and played live with them too) and that's basically what YM is, it's the dissociatives with ben and chris, so you're right, danny boy could've stuck whatever label he wanted on this project, and he called it silverchair when clearly it was not, which is not to say it's a bad album, there's a lot that I like about it, I just never get the sense that I'm listening to Silverchair when I listen to it.

i think daniel looks amazing now. i've only started listening to silverchair last summer, when i saw them live. i was just blown away by the their energy.
