Got the Treo 800w a while back. USB port was knocked loose some how, bad connection Sprint fixed that in about a half hour though. Tore it apart re sodered it put it back together. Hate maps app my self.

i've had this phone for a good while. I like it but the micro usb port has become loose making for hit and miss connection when charging or using the head set, so that sux.

That phone looks better than my bf's out dated palm. I totally would tell him to upgrade to this kind. That is a very smart phone but I still want an eternity anyway.

I love the phone but I can't back the damn thing up!! I get all kinds of sync errors and Microsoft outlook is a joke anybody have any tips?

Yeah. It's called MyPhone by Microsoft. It's free and backs up everything :)

Oh yeah, it does it wirelessly. That's right! No computer or wire connector needed at all.

Excellent review, although as a note, please make your website more user friendly. Though it seems like there is quite a lot of great information within it, the layout is a little sub-par, and I think for some of the less internet savy people, it may turn out to be too frustrating and they'll just walk away.

HELP... ok so i am going to get a new phone from sprint and i just need help to choose between 2 phones, which one should i get this Palm 800w or the Samsung instinct??

Instinct sucks. Had one and switched to 800w. The only thing that sucks about the 800w out of the box, it the battery life and not being able to watch youtube without downloading Kimona FreePlay.

I put Google maps on mine.... works great with the GPS. Sprint Navigation (Telenav) is awesome too... blows other devices away!
