The INS website has the rules for citizenship(natural-born/native-born) under INA:ACT 301 (h) !!! But yet if you still want to doubt then simply find out when his father entered Hawaii !! One version went to Hawaii, and it said Obama/Biden were constitutionally qualified. The other version, missing constitutional clause, went to 49 states. Ask any state Secretary-of-State for a copy of the 2008 presidential election nomination certificate for Obama/Biden, and see for yourself.

If just one of these cases were to ever progress beyond the throwing out stage the very first thing that would happen would be to require discovery of all BO's sealed documents which is why absolutely law suit needs to be thrown out prior to that critical point by the many Clinton appointed leftist judges. Our only hope to save our economy is to find just ONE uncorrupt judge to require that initial discovery. Once thrown out all BO's harmful legislation will be withdrawn, saving our economy.

My God, are you seriously that dim? The COLB is a copy of the original. The Dept of Health says that that's how they are produced, and that it's the only thing they have produced for years. It copies all the relevant info onto a form and prints it.
Beyond that though, you should remove this video since a third of it is discussing a non-existent travel ban for Americans visiting Pakistan in 1981. By continuing to leave it up after having it pointed out to you, you are allowing a LIE to spread.

I ran for my State Legislature twice and I can tell you from personal experience that the only vetting being done was with my signature on my filing papers. The assumption is that if I was to be discovered lying on my filing then and only then would there be a penalty. Sorry but I think karime is right. The Constitution states that a mother cannot relinquished a boy US citizenship. A friend of mine joined the Marines and he presented his COLB and serves as a prima facia evidence, even in any court of law.
Nowhere in the Constitution or any laws requires a candidate for Presidency to provide the vault copy of the birth certificate.

A school registration is not proof of Obama's being adopted, it is not a legal paper.
Under US law the parents of a minor child CANNOT relinquish his/her US citizenship prior to age 21(law at the time) as per Immigration a Nationality Act of 1952 or prior to 18yrs.of age(current law)per the US Code Tittle 8 Section 1401.

I am snowed in with a 44 year old actual former Indonesian citizen who says that in the mid 1960's the Indonesian government required foreigners to take an Indonesian name and citizenship in order to remain in the country. When my friend immigrated from Indonesia in 1982 she asked if she could retain her Indonesian citizenship but was told that Indonesia does NOT allow dual citizenship. Therefore B.O.'s mother had to have relinquished his U.S. citizenship so he was no longer natural born.

Do you have iron clad proof that to qualify as a "natural born" citizen you may do so with only one under age unwed U.S. citizen parent? Do you have proof that he was actually born in an Hawaiian hospital and if so which hospital and who was his attending physician and what was his birth weight and length? Please tell me why if he really is a natural born citizen doesn't he simply provide a copy of his vault birth certificate? Why is he spending 100s of thousands of dollars to prevent this simple question from being verified? Why has he told so many people including his relatives to keep quiet if there is indeed nothing to this controversy? Is it really too much to ask that before he swears to uphold our Constitution that he actually prove his eligibility under our same Constitution?

(a) Upon application of the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such minor provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living WITHOUT the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately PRECEDING birth or adoption of child.
