Hey, if there's a genuine "shortage" of some critical commodity such as gasoline, the logical thing to do is what Jimmy Carter did back in the 70's, & that is to go to rationing. We cannot allow the elitist thieving piggies ration on the basis of affordability (or lack thereof). Here's what I propose: Al Gore gets the same energy ration allotment as you & I & a 3rd world child; anything short of that is elitist, & therefore evil, unGodly, & intolerable. We all have a stake in the earths goodies.
The USSR didn't collapse economically, it actually had no debt at the end of its existence, and had extremely fast growth in the 80's. Compared to the USA's current debts, deficits and lack of industrial growth, it wasn't really that bad. The USSR's collapse is quite simple - it was politically dismantled. It had an inferior (monarchical) political system, but the economy was quite well industrialized, technological and financially stable.
It is the private member banks that had the FEDERAL RESERVE Corporation created that are the Beneficiary of its actions, and not the People.
If we do go with central banking, we need to create a Trust and legal-entity in which the People are the Beneficiary of its actions, not some private banks and the few benefiting families behind them.
Personally i dont think global warming is a fraud, everything ive seen trying to debunk it is cherry picking and the manipulation of information. However i believe people are being controled and manipulated by it. After all its much easier to control people thru fear if you want to push your own agaenda or personally benifit.
Im disabled and get to spend all day in the house finding out different things and educating myself so im pretty sure global warming is real. Eveything ive seen debunking
Well Gore has shown to have cherry picked and actually shown false information. Please watch The Great Global Warming Swindle. Global warming is NOT real. Goldman Sachs and Al Gore have already prepared to make billions from a carbon credit market. No one is being controlled by grassroots efforts to open discussion and bring light to the truth.
Have your read the Rolling Stone magazines article on "The Great American Bubble Machine". Its about Goldman and how theyve engineered every bubble since WW2.
But Global Warming is real. The way i see it is were on a sinking ship. Weve been told our luggage is too heavy for the lifeboats but Goldman has a luggage boat for it. But GS is greedy along with their baggage handlers(government) and our luggage aint going on this boat but rather Goldmans pockets. But fear makes
people easily controled and theyre more than happy to slave and hand over everything to make our masters rich. Worst thing is people dont even realise theyre slaves. Fear makes them more than happy to have the government go into their pockets.
Economists like Max, Peter Schiff & Gerald Celente says this is just another tax. I believe them.
Watch greenman3610 videos on global warming. Its real but we're being manipulated. And i feel like i need another voice of reason to comment on his vids
Ok, i've seen a lot of stuff about global warming. The IPCC has produced a lot of illegitimate data. The EPA had to write a report saying that there has been a cooling. Sunspot activity control global temperatures. But put that aside... Goldman Sachs is evil, but the big daddy is the FED. The Federal Bank is a criminal ring. The big guns work between Goldman, the FED and in government. And you'll find that Goldman gets special privledges because of it. They aim to own ALL the wealth
Dont forget the fed was set up by private banksters. So it is really owned and operated by different banks. Its functions as a centralising bank so that all banks can inflate evenly. Also to bailout any of its buddy banks or hedge funds. And look at the positions of many ex Goldman sachs employees within US government and hedge funds around the world. Seriously the 7 page full story by Rolling Stone is good.
Plus i think that documentry shows the smoothin and cherry pickin reguardin Sun Spots
I read Orlov's powerpoint on this discussion a year or so ago...(its available online) he makes very important points. He shows how Russians were better prepared for collapse than America due to constant shortages and overt corruption on the street level.
Build your tribe folks...it will be easier if you do. learn to repair your car/refridgator..ect...grow a kitchen garden...expect short work weeks and less money. Buy local products and services when you can.
Lots of things happen without the previous purview of your permission mrzack888.
Russia rose from the ashes of collapse because they had Putin, military intelligence who pulls strings, orders assassinations, makes no apologies, and gets shit done. He basically took all the money and resources back from the private corporation parasites. So Russia had Putin, and Amerika has........?
Re Max's capitalist or anti-capitalist leanings. First let's clear the air about one thing. What we have here in the United States IS NOT CAPITALISM. It's probably closer to what Mussolini termed "Corporatism" which he went on to describe as fascism in it's true sense, i.e., the merger of state and corporate power. So I don't think Max is criticising Capitalism per se. I think he is attacking the criminal banker elite which has waged a coup detat against the America. I think Max IS a capitalist.
Yes, I am a free-market capitalism and NO, capitalism does not currently exist in America as the dominant economic organizing principle. In my opinion, what we have; since it's based on penury is feudalism.
Once again I see a lot of comments from people in denial about Peak Oil. Nothing to be done. You can yell, you can scream, you can try calm cool logic, you can try dire warnings. None of it matters. If someone is in denial (about anything) nothing you say will yank them out of that mental sinkhole. Denial BTW is the first stage, the lowest stage, of acceptance. The next stage after denial is anger. And you see that here too. So most people here are on either level 1 or 2, i.e., denial or anger.
sorry friend, its you thats ignorant. I have a farm totally exloiting permaculture. I use a heat pum for my house+solar energy, and am currently running a 45 gallon still making my own methanol. the side of my yard is line with wind turbines my wife and I made ourelve. So let me explain, it is you that are ignorant, wake up. Oil is shit.
Hahaha sure, and I'm sure you can make pigs fly out of your ass too XD
Besides, all of that shit you use to make your precious methonol no doubt is made from petroleum or with petroleum by-products. Research what oil is used for before bitching about it simply because it breeds corruption. It's not the oil's fault, it's the politicians and the oil barons. And you call ME ignorant? XD
Capitalism goes hand in hand with the constitution.
What failed is the central government model, which conned the American people, hypnotized the American people, in to believing it's corrupt structures are necessary, It's got bugger all to do with Austrian economics.
Go back to what made America great, the constitution, free markets, a constrained government and the republic it was intended to be.
dont forget to add the aircraft-carrier that can be parkt out side other countries doorsteps to keep up the blackmail & threat level for free energy & resources.
The way things are, AL., that is a pretty irrelevant question. The question should be 'is what they are saying true?'. My answer to that is yes.
Capitalism has eaten itself in the US. It has owned the government for half a century, hidden by the threat of external enemies, patriotism and credit-based consumption to keep the masses happy and the wheels turning. You now have fascism in the States, which isn't all that different to communism. It is a statist tyranny. Max is a capitalist.
Fact #1 The temporary increase in oil prices did not crush the US economy. The credit and debt bubbles have crushed the US consumer economy. Fact #2 Russia has plenty of oil and natural gas. Russia does not have modern equipment to get their natural resources. Iraq has a similar problem. Pleny of oil but equipment that is 30 years old.
9:00 onward. Luddites! I for one enjoy parking on "paved" parking lots. My work truck sinks in the mud otherwise. And I get "moon shoes" walking through mud to the store!
Very Good Dimitri, but you are misinformed about all of the accomodation being state owned in the Soviet `Union. More than half of housing, in the principal cities was privately owned.
Yeah! My two favorite oracles: Max & Dmitry!! Second only to Stacey of course!

102 trillion for SS & medicare
25 trillion for TARP & bailouts
53 trillion plundered from other trusts
Every single American man, woman & child owes over $600K in FED Gov debt
The US dollar will collapse within the next 1 to 2 years
Check out Rockefeller & Senate Bills 773 & 778 attempting to end American access to the Internet
Americans lost all but no. 3 of their Bill of Rights; Geithner has been wrong about everything for 15 straight years!

I guess that depends on what you think capitalism is?
Do you think bailing out the banks is capitalism, free market or supporting socialized elitism?
Do you know what an Oligarchy is?
Once you figure all that out ask the question again.
