The V.A. gives thc pills to veterans with Agent Orange cancer. Pot has proven to be effective alternate to the toxic drugs the V.A. crams down our throats. I am a 100% disabled vet and if it wernt for pot I'd be dead or in prison. Pot and biofeedback and tapping are better for ptsd stress and pain and cancer than toxic pills that destroy our kidneys and heart and liver. Proven facts.

I agree 100%. I was prescribed a certain med to help for sleeping. I took it twice, the first time I had nightmares like I havent had since I was 5 years old. The second time I woke up so pissed off I literally kicked in the passenger side door on my car. Pot has helped more than anything the VA can prescribe me.

You clearly are clueless as to what I said to the media, read the article, I can see that he has "an" injury, however it's not the combat injury that he is claiming. I could care less about what the Colorado Constitiution says, and if Dickes had not been attempting to gain sympathy from the media about is injury and lying about the nature of his injury I wouldn't have said anything.

"Lying about how he received his injury" TO THE NEWS MEDIA has nothing to do with the fact that he has a license from the CO Health Dept. How anyone gets cancer or AIDS is meaningless also.
He has an injury. He is in pain. His doctor agreed. The health dept ISSUED a license.
The constitution says his marijuana needs to be returned without harm. It wasn't.

He wasn't injured by a grenade and both he and I know that, to include every other member of our platoon that I've talked to since this story aired. If he came clean and admitted that he lied then I would have no problem with his possession of a license. ou're wrong, lying about how he received his injury has everything to do with it.

He did not go the media for sympathy--The media-Rick Sallinger went to him-unannounced.
He does not have to give the media or you or me any medical information thats accurate. Only his doctor.
