@rayrayeas Judas was not a believer, obviously, he was fake. the parable of the vine shows that he did not bear the fruit of the vine (also known as the fruits of the Spirit) and therefore was not of God. He just went with the motions, and that is too much for a person to do because they are not filled with and empowered by the Holy Spirit and then they are "cut off from the vine, gathered together, and tossed into the fire and burned" in rejecting Jesus he also rejected God.

@rayrayeas Well the Bible says in acts 2:38 than peter said unto them repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins and you shall recieve the gift of the holy ghost. Really the first 2 chapters of acts explains it. But you must be born of the water and of the spirit to see the kingdom of God. you cant just ask Jesus to be in your heart, no.

@jeanskirtz4life acutally water baptism is not mandatory in order to receive the Spirit. this is because, in order for you to be water baptized you have to accept Jesus. in order to accept Jesus you have to already have the Spirit in you and moving in you and transforming you. so the order of baptism is Spirit and THEN water. Water baptism is just a public declaration of your faith and acceptance of Christ into your life. Not necessary to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
