But in every democratic country on the world exist a bi-partisan system anyways. For example, Spain, we have lot of political parties of every ideological line, but two of them, PSOE (liberal , socialist and progresist) and PP (libertarian, conservative and religious) have almost all the votes, and sometimes they ally with other smaller parties to govern, In england, there is always a battle of Tories against Labors... but i Think USA is the perfect example of misunderstand democracy.

I think you paint things blacker than they are, but I actually agree with you that the party system in this country is impossibly dug in. Democracy is rule by the mob in it's most basic form. Unfortunately the mob is usually pretty stupid and easily manipulated. I would say that so long as the constitution remains in tact that things will be kept from getting out of hand though.

Sure we have problems, but you greatly exaggerate things by saying we are the lauging stock of the planet. I might agree with you when we stop having people go out of their way to try and ridicule us(such as yourself), or we stop having an absurd amount of immigration. At the very least, we are obviously well off enough that foreigners are incredibly concerned about the state of our elections.

This is one thing I wish our government, both Republicans and Democrats, would get straight. Reform our election system and give people confidence that their vote really counts. No paperless electronic voting machines whose contents and workings are hidden. If anything's un-American, that is.

It is a fact though that hillary was cheated from the nomination, because the super delegates were giving 2/3 votes to obama while she was winning 2/3 states in the end.
