I think you can't play this on normal SM, this guy have actually scripted new mods, I guess. Awesome, mindblowing work.

You can play courses like this in stepmania 3.95 or stepmania 4.

Nah, this is mostly percentages of mods already there. Things like 10% split, -100% mini, crap like that.
