I did it in over 120 hours mainly because I farmed all the stones for the upgrades by myself. This guy finished in 60 hours so its obvious that he picked up fully upgraded weapons from other people online. He probably got Black Phantom unique weapons from other people online as well because his character build would have had a really tough time against Black Phantom Selen Vinland.

@TheDeathmagnetic08 Get Stonefang Tunnel World to Pure Black Tendency and keep farming the rock worms that come out in 2-2. The worms will eventually drop chunks of greystone. Have Sword of Searching in one hand and Talisman of Beasts in the other and use Soul Ray to beat them easily. Having the Sword of Searching in one hand increases the rate for rare item drops.

LMAO...120hrs into my char that's in NG+++....and a ton of farming for the Pure Bladestone and Chunks of Cloudstone. Worth the time...and definitely the most fulfilled I've felt after getting the Plat.

@SloanJ86 It took me about 70 hours my first playthrough but mainly because I did all the Tendency events on that playthrough. It would probably take you about 25 to 30 hrs if you just beat the game straight up.

if you know what to do for the trophies then it will only take you 12-15 hours to beat the game your first time. My record is 6 hours first playthrough. Not that hard to beat it four times in 60 hours

@Dorianz210 the 'dupe' cheat you're refering to, you mean dropping items to unlock trophies (like lending a sharp spear +5 for the sharpness trophy) isn't a cheat. The guide included in the special edition actually encourages it.

Not only do you need to beat the game around 4 times to get most trophies, but the rest are purely stone farming methods which take some serious time to do. Unless you played some continuous hours in those 60, I doubt you made it so soon.... but yes, I do agree with you, the game is easy. The stone farming bit is just boring.

When I first saw the trophies for this I was like no way... then once I began playing this game, I was like no. Friggin. Way. lol

But after playing this game for 50, or so, hours... and honestly not liking it the first 10, I can see where you WOULD be proud and its even got me going after it.

There's already a few platinums I'm proud of, but not enough and nowhere near Demon's Souls' difficulty... although Modern Warfare 2 is a close second with Veteran difficulty, heh.

Very nice. Although I don't get how you got it so fast. I had barely gotten my first playthrough done at about 65 hours or so. I did start with the priest (which is a mistake IMO) but I JUST beat this game. It is one of the hardest games I have played. And get this... I killed the maiden instead of letting her put the old one to sleep. No trophy for me. Oh well. I guess I get to try to get my platinum one.

once u beat the game, u get the chance to replay it from the start with all ur equipment and the items u had in ur previous game

in blue phantom u can help another 1 to beat the boss, but u cant grab the weapons and the stuff
