Dere's a rare variation of "New York Stories" that does dis 2, but w/1991 grn FBI warnings (N fact, film starts dere, Nstead of black screen), 1987 THV logo & 0:22-1:40 of dis vid.
1992 re-print of "What About Bob" did this, 2! This was also seen on 1991 VHS of "Greencard", excep that title & the other title I metioned had green FBI warnings at beginnin'.
No, it's not from 1988 'cause my copy of "3 Men & a Baby", doesn't that logo. The gold FP logo was from Touchstone 1990-91 'cause this VHS is from 1990 & the 1992 re-print of "What About Bob?" has it.
Yes. It has the red/white FBI warning & orange FBI logo (Disney 1984-91 & Touchstone 1986-91), the 1987 THV logo w/1987 jingle & voiceover sayin' "Now You Can Own This Hit Title From Touchstone Home Video", a trailer of "3 Men & a Baby", gold FP logo (Disney 1991-92 & Touchstone 1991-92), 1986 THP logo, main titles & start of the film.
Remember what I told you? I was going to Florida and I was in Tavares. And we went to Walt Disney World. I also found some tapes at a house Oma and Opa rented. And I found this shelf with VHS tapes and I saw a tape called "An Innocent Man".
Yes, they're 2 versions of "Pretty Woman" made. The 1st version's from 1991, has the vertical white label texture & this video. The 2nd version's from 1992, has the horizontal silk-screening texture & that very same thing the last tape had, that's this.
I saw another Touchstone film "Pretty Woman" owned by my uncle & when I saw the film, Gabrielkat was right. It had version A of the 1986 FBI warnings, the "Now You Can Own Your Favorite Hit Movie From Touchstone Home Video" logo, the Touchstone HV promo of titles 1986-1991, gold FP logo w/ gray BG (Disney 1991-92 & Touchstone 1990-92), Touchstone Pictures logo, main titles & start of film.
Well, there wrong. 'Ya gotta' stop believing what eBay says sometimes. They don't know what their talking 'bout. Besides, this video's from 1990, which now prooves that the gold FP logo really is from 1990.
I'm telling you! There's no HV logo on there! It's just version A of Touchstone's 1986 FBI warnings, Touchstone Pictures movie, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" main titles & "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" movie. I know 'cause I have it & they wouldn't do what you just said 'cause it doesn't make any sence!
Yeah, but the FBI warnings logos on that tape are version A of the 1986 FBI warnings 'cause Disney used theirs 1984-91 & Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so Touchstone didn't have their 1st FBI warnings 'til 1986. But other than that, you're right 'bout how it has just those FBI warnings, then the Touchstone Pictures logo, main titles, start of the film.
No, they're on every Touchstone title 1986-1991. Later in 1991 they were replaced by version A of the 1991 FBI warnings, which are the same FBI warnings as version A of the 1986 1's but in bigger fonts & later in late 1991, they created version B of the 1991 FBI warnings, which were the green FBI warnings.
The beeping noise is from me Aladdin, Land Before Time, and Frog Prince VHSes. Also, wonder why I don't buy touchstone videos? Your answer is at 1:25-1:30.
I had a feeling version A of the 1986 FBI warnings would be on here, considering I contributed a picture of its blank tape, with the vertical white label tape master. The reason these FBI warnings are from 1986 'cause Disney used theirs 1984-1991 & Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so these are considered version A of the 1986 FBI warnings.
1986 FBI warnings/video dealership annoucement were used from Disney 1986-1988 & Touchstone used their's 1986-1991 'cause Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so their considered version B of the 1986 FBI warnings.
They also had that same logo, promo & FP logo on the 1992 re-print of "What About Bob?", along with the green FBI warnings (Touchstone 1991-1997 & Disney 1992-1998).
You're nearly correct on the dates the green FBI warnings were used! Yes, Touchstone used them from 1991-1997, but Disney used them from 1991-1998, because I have the 1991 "Freaky Friday" videotape (part of Walt Disney's Studio Film Collection) with those warnings on there.
Actually, that was white label on the tape was made speciffacly for 1992 'cause the 1990-91 white label had Soceror Mickey & the 1986 HV label which would only use the 1984 FBI warnings, so it still prooven the green FBI warnings were used from Disney 1992 & the silk-screen copy's from 1993.

If you go to Imax80's talk page, he says that the gold fp logo is from 1988 for Touchstone, the one from 1988-1990 had a clear background.
Copper20 4 years ago
No, it's not from 1988 'cause my copy of "3 Men & a Baby", doesn't that logo. The gold FP logo was from Touchstone 1990-91 'cause this VHS is from 1990 & the 1992 re-print of "What About Bob?" has it.

A 1990 re-print of "Beaches" has dis vid.

Another way you can tell that the FP logo's from 1990 that it's on the 1990 VHS of "Stakeout".
systemoperator 4 years ago
Tell me some different versions of "Pretty Woman" systemoperator.
mjen1952 4 years ago
Yes, they're 2 versions of "Pretty Woman" made. The 1st version's from 1991, has the vertical white label texture & this video. The 2nd version's from 1992, has the horizontal silk-screening texture & that very same thing the last tape had, that's this.

Can sombody tell me the "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" previews?
heart1987 4 years ago
They're no previews on "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?". All there is is just version A of the 1986 FBI warnings.
systemoperator 4 years ago
And the 1987 Touchstone home video logo
paulsbuck5 4 years ago
Uh no, after the FBI warnings, it just goes staright to the Touchstone Pictures logo & then goes straight to the start of the film.
systemoperator 4 years ago
Look, it goes like this:
1. FBI Warning screen (1984-1992)
2. Touchstone Home Video logo (1986-2003)
3. Touchstone Pictures logo (1986-2002)
4. Who Framed Roger Rabbit main titles
5. Who Framed Roger Rabbit movie
I list them all because there is no activity of previews. ;)
TVB90 4 years ago
I'm telling you! There's no HV logo on there! It's just version A of Touchstone's 1986 FBI warnings, Touchstone Pictures movie, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" main titles & "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" movie. I know 'cause I have it & they wouldn't do what you just said 'cause it doesn't make any sence!
systemoperator 4 years ago
Okay fine. How about this:
1. 1984 FBI Warning Screen
2. Touchstone Pictures logo (1986-2002)
3. Who Framed Roger Rabbit main titles
4. Who Framed Roger Rabbit movie
That's all. No THV (Touchstone Home Video) logo.
TVB90 4 years ago
Good, that's exactly what my copy has.
systemoperator 4 years ago
Yeah, but the FBI warnings logos on that tape are version A of the 1986 FBI warnings 'cause Disney used theirs 1984-91 & Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so Touchstone didn't have their 1st FBI warnings 'til 1986. But other than that, you're right 'bout how it has just those FBI warnings, then the Touchstone Pictures logo, main titles, start of the film.
systemoperator 4 years ago
There was a 1984 FBI Warning Screen on Disney videos. I know they have that on the Touchstone videos in 1986-1991 or 1992.
TVB90 4 years ago
No, they're on every Touchstone title 1986-1991. Later in 1991 they were replaced by version A of the 1991 FBI warnings, which are the same FBI warnings as version A of the 1986 1's but in bigger fonts & later in late 1991, they created version B of the 1991 FBI warnings, which were the green FBI warnings.
systemoperator 4 years ago
The beeping noise is from me Aladdin, Land Before Time, and Frog Prince VHSes. Also, wonder why I don't buy touchstone videos? Your answer is at 1:25-1:30.
Copper20 4 years ago
I had a feeling version A of the 1986 FBI warnings would be on here, considering I contributed a picture of its blank tape, with the vertical white label tape master. The reason these FBI warnings are from 1986 'cause Disney used theirs 1984-1991 & Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so these are considered version A of the 1986 FBI warnings.
systemoperator 4 years ago
1986 FBI warnings/video dealership annoucement were used from Disney 1986-1988 & Touchstone used their's 1986-1991 'cause Touchstone wasn't a home video company 'til 1986, so their considered version B of the 1986 FBI warnings.
systemoperator 4 years ago
Can sombody tell me the "Ernest Goes To Camp" previews?
mjen1952 4 years ago
That's the exact same.
heart1987 4 years ago
The beeping noise sounds like a phone.
heart1987 4 years ago
I saw that same Touchstone Home Video promo on the 1990 VHS of "Pretty Woman", along with the gold FP bumper.
Gabrielkat 4 years ago
Gabrielkat, can you tell me the previews of Pretty Woman
paulsbuck5 4 years ago
They also had that same logo, promo & FP logo on the 1992 re-print of "What About Bob?", along with the green FBI warnings (Touchstone 1991-1997 & Disney 1992-1998).
systemoperator 4 years ago
You're nearly correct on the dates the green FBI warnings were used! Yes, Touchstone used them from 1991-1997, but Disney used them from 1991-1998, because I have the 1991 "Freaky Friday" videotape (part of Walt Disney's Studio Film Collection) with those warnings on there.
Gabrielkat 4 years ago
Actually, that was white label on the tape was made speciffacly for 1992 'cause the 1990-91 white label had Soceror Mickey & the 1986 HV label which would only use the 1984 FBI warnings, so it still prooven the green FBI warnings were used from Disney 1992 & the silk-screen copy's from 1993.
systemoperator 4 years ago
The "Freaky Friday" video I have has horizontal silk-screening, not a vertical white label. Also, the tape was released in 1991, because the copyright at the end of the Walt Disney's Studio Film Collection promo says "© 1991 The Walt Disney Company", and the video was printed on December 17, 1991. Therefore, the green FBI warnings are from late 1991.
Gabrielkat 4 years ago
Really. Well, I spotted a variant on eBay with a vertical white label.
systemoperator 4 years ago
Can you upload more previews?
mjen1952 4 years ago
