  • @rickmick89I thought doing those diet plans are just waste of time, but then I noticed my sister and she really lose great amount of weight I get intrigued and asked her what she does and she recommend me the diet plans on WeighLossAction.info. I am also trying it now, and guess what? I beginning to love it , I feel amazing that it's working on me! :D

  • @deidrap1 Uh OBVIOUSLY! because Oprah as we all know it, billions of people look at her as inspiration and meaning millions of people will try and follow her diet lifestyle, so these guys are smart for targeting where most people are and there's nothing wrong with that, it's not like they are trying to get views for pathetic reasons. They are trying to get views to get people healthy.

  • I disagree, from the point of view of a body builder. As a bodybuilder, the best results come from taking your muscles to failure. i take a day to do chest/tri's and go to complete failure, same with bi's/back and legs/shoulders. so i find full body workouts unrealistic, and that i am reluctant to work out the next day. but for weight loss i would totally agree.

  • This channel NEVER EVER talks about cardio. You are smart and athletic people... you know how important cardio is to weight loss and maintainance. I don't know why it's never addressed.

  • I am a HUGE cardio person but I feel a video of me running for 30 minutes would be boring. We will be showing an interval video in the near future for sure. Thank you for pointing this out to us. I run 4-5 days a week for 20-45 minutes.

  • LoL I agree that watching you run would be boring as heck! For me cardio is the key to weight loss and felt like it was conspicuously missing from your channel. I'm glad you're doing an interval video though! Keep up the great work, I love your videos and can't wait to see more!

  • Then why is this video entitled "Oprah Workout" if you're not espousing her workout? Also, why are you blaming her workout for her fluctuation in size? Other factors come into play, you know. I doubt the (primary) culprit is her workout regimen.

  • You are right. It's her thyroid, and her metabolism is probably very slow after all the years of yo yo dieting. People have this fascination with Oprah and I wanted to explore her workout routine, however, I don't think what she does is the most effective way to exercise. I don't want to distribute workouts that don't produce results. Thanks for commenting! I'm sure many others were thinking the exact same question.
