Those laughs in the background are fake....it's a recording. I had a set on VHS tape once called Guaranteed Laughs or something like, and in every joke, those laughs were in it...a recording. Mid-way through the laughs, you hear one guy get really tickled & it would repeat. :(

i remember watching candid camera in my moms room when i was really little, i luved watching that on saturday mornings than anything else!! i remember this one episode that i saw, the put up an extremely long traffic light, and you would watch what ppl did as they waited!! it was the best ever
