TRT is simply a process in which a patient uses steroids to increase their testosterone. Everyone who undergoes TRT uses steroids. Chael has admitted to injecting Testosterone Cypionate which is a powerful anabolic steroid. Sonnen had a T/E ratio over 4x the allowed limit and almost 17x a normal male even though he was supposedly injecting steroids because of low testosterone.

Watch it again. There's "art" in how he responds, from everything to his timing, tone, body language, down to his actual comments. The cleverness is evident in the fact that he's making himself look stupid, prickish, and therefore, much more interesting, whether it's a love or a hate for him
