Hey man, I have the same amp, what do you have the setting set to? Sounds good. I just got the amp so haven't really figured it out yet.

@KingKuV I didn't actually like the eq I used in this video, on my MG I tend to use it with the bass on about 1 or 2 o clock, the middle and treble are set to around 11 o clock these days. Depending on which guitar I'm using I sometimes turn the mid and treble up otherwise it can get a bit muddy, adjust the contour to your liking, I tend to have mine at about 2 o clock to give it a bit more clarity!

dude sell your digitech pedal and buy yourself a "Boss Metalzone MT2". i personally own both pedals but only use my metalzone.. you can create the exact same tone as the deathmetal plus a thoasand more thanks to Mids frequncy control. the death metal is basically Gain turned up past the normal range and alot of presence..

Since the video i have changed the pickups in this guitar too, it now has an EMG H4 in the bridge and an EMG H4a in the neck, gives more output. =]

cool V! I have that same amp... despite all the naysayers, you CAN get cool tones with it. I don't run my gain near as high as yours though... 12 noon on OD2 is fine, any higher just turns to mush.

Your sound is a little dirty, turn off (2 or 3) your trebles and little few basses it will be perfect for your distortion.
