Fantastic and comprehensive review, very well done. I was wondering about the round button on the bottom of the phone that allows you too check the battery strength or charge level. If you place the phone in a dock or say a cradle, will the bottom be in the way, I'm not sure how far it sticks out from the bottom. Not related to this video but is there a better charging system like a mat or whatever that would not require me too connect a cable to it at night when I do an overnight charge

Awesome Case...And is not very fat,it remembers me the size of 3GS!!!You will have 3600 Mah(1600 from iphone 4 and 2000 from the juice pack plus)so that means if u are a heavy user 3 days without charging!!

The Verizon iPhone has the exact same dimensions as the one for AT&T...it should work with both.

Larry, important question. Only thing keeping me from buying this case is the fact that there is the dock connector always connected to the phone. I might be wrong but isn't that bad for the battery in general? I assume keeping the connector (metal) into the charging port all the time cannot be good for your iphone battery.

If you go to an area where you only have 1 bar of signal strength and move the phone around 360 degrees very slowly do you find any directions where you loose signal? I owned the In-case slider battery case for the iphone 3gs and it would severely impact signal strength when the phone is turned around different directions. The case definitely blocked signal. The antennae is on the outside edges on the iphone 4 so I expect these battery cases to work better with the iphone 4.

I am thinking the same way. I don't like the feel of the iphone 4 with the apple bumper case. It just doesn't sit well in the hands because the edges are so square. If I look at it while I am holding it my hands wrap around the 3gs much better because of the rounded back. I would like extra battery capacity but the other big benefit I am hoping for is that it will better fit my big hands.

Larry, Are you sure that the Plus is the same size as the Air? It looks a little bit thicker. Not sure if I need the extra 500mah. One of the LEDs burned out on my Air, so I am sending it back to get a replacement, just not sure if I should ask to pay the difference of an upgrade.

I would pull it out of my pocket and the top would come off really easily so I returned it. Do you find the top is a snug, tight fit? Please report back after CES too after use.
