  • I agree. I saw this play by Brookfield Central at Sharon Lin Wilson center

  • Other than the end of the 1st act, this is the best song of the play

  • Dang. That girl's got MOVES.

  • Me encanta

  • at 2 23 you could see the womens underwear(its black)

  • Im pretty sure that that gal is actually one of the wives... not a nun :P

  • Nun my arse !!!

  • I don't think this gal is a nun... quite the opposite!

  • do you think covering benjamin's eyes is scripted? and idkuno900, she's not a nun.

  • I love how they cover Benjamin's eyes every time the woman spreads her legs.

  • lol at3.33

  • lol at oolala

  • oh im benjamin in our school play! so i dont get to see the upside down women! :D

  • omigod the female featured dancer in this number is AMAZING!!!!!

  • That isn't actually inappropriate.... XD But they shouldn't encourage smoking =O

  • That isn't actually inappropriate.... XD

  • @idkuno900 Shes wearing a shawl, that doesn't make her a nun.

  • Well I don't really care whether the movie is Bible accurate or not. I love this musical but the book, eugh, notsomuch. :p

  • If you are speaking from the Bible story, I believe Benjamin is not even born when Joseph is sold into slavery. The first time Joseph meets Benjamin is when his brothers come to Egypt. He places the stole item with Benjamin to see if his brothers have truly changed. Rachel was still alive when Joseph was sold into slavery but died by the time he was found again (when she was giving birth to Benjamin).

  • it's really annoying that the last note of the songs keeps getting cut: you can have videos as long as 10 minutes, why deny us the last 2 seconds of song?

  • @Athena28487 - you're completely right, I forgot that Rachel wouldn't have been around by then. Ah well, like I said it wasn't based on fact, just what I liked to believe!

  • @idkuno900 that isn't a nun. That's one of the son's mother. And that disturbs me. A lot.

  • @Ravengingspirit Are we sure that's not one of the son's wives, or his wife? There's so many its hard to tell.

  • @Ravengingspirit Or maybe not...ugh so confusing what they did with the film :S.

  • When he says "do .... you.... remember" It sounds like "I'm....re....viewing...the situation" from Oliver! hahahaha.

  • Hahaha I love that Dan falls then is like "help me up brothers" and nobody does cause there's a dancing chick but anyways love this musical Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Tim Rice r an amazing team

  • wish people knew this was a a play for adults not children if you had actually seen this in a theater you would know that...just saying

  • @saragill100

Sort of, it depends on the way it was produced. I've seen it advertised to star in a children's theatre.

  • @saragill100 I saw the musical at my high school and it was pretty child friendly. For some reason they went a little bit more...saucy with the film version, which kind of disappoints me.

  • @saragill100 Oh and I should mention that I was in highschool in 1996.

  • @Lobxx1 I think thats one of the wives....

  • @Lobxx1 they also all didnt have the same mom.....Ie he could be dancing with his stepmom.....(there was three moms. Joseph and Ben shared a mom and died giving birth to ben. )

  • @taragamet Actually there were four - Leah, Rachel, Bilhah and Zilpah (Bilhah and Zilpah were the handmaids of Leah and Rachel). Rachel was the mother of Joseh and, as you said, Benjamin.

  • @Dannii2601 Also, I think this is Rachel who takes Jacob in this scene - no factual basis for this opinion, just that she was his favourite wife and probably the only one who could have distracted him from his pain.

  • @Dannii2601 I doubt the dancing woman is Rachel. In "Jacob and Sons" Jacob says Joseph is his favorite because he reminds Jacob of Rachel. Why would he need reminding of her? She had died in childbirth with Benjamin.

  • WHAT!I NEED THE ENIGLSH VERSION!NO FRENCH!I NEED THE ENGLISH IM PRCTISING FOR MY SCHOOL PLAY NOO!:'(

  • @floclo5 If you're studying the Englis" version, you'll find that the scene with French accents is present in every tour - Andrew Lloyd Webber kinda planned it that way. You can always go for the original version, but I'm thinking the Bible might be more difficult to study than the musical :-)

  • I love the chord at the end!! So amazing!

  • i find it hilarious how they have turned french all of a sudden :P hehe i loves it xxx

  • @iamjustsocoollike and cowboy earlier, then jamaican later :L
