basically nagato has the original rinegan and he uses it to control pein so he can get naruto. when naruto kills pein and finds nagato. naruto makes nagato use his powers to revive everybody that died back to life(including sasuke)

Pein is Nagato - the 6 Bodies are the corpses of Ninjas Nagato killed or just died - thats unknown till now.

He somehow reanimates the bodies - I think in that Tower in Ame and controlls them via the piercings that are in their body.

Totally agree with you. Something awful must have happen to Yahiko cause he wanted to learn how to fight to protect his friends. In chapter 430, he says "looks like you understand a little of my pain now" when the 5th says how peoples dream were just crushed in an instant! What happened to Yahiko. Even Jaraiya assumed that those three were already dead. I think the reason Pein doesn't go after the tailed-beast is because he is gathering dead bodies!

sorry to throw this at everyone but i think that after naruto's training he will be as strong as sasuke. lets see if u guys agree with my comparisons...

1. Sasuke's chidori, Naruto's winded rasengan.

2. Sasuke's regretance sharingan, Naruto's training with toad sage and the special power Itachi gave Naruto "hopefully you won't have to use it".

3. Sasuke may be able to stop the kyuubi, but Naruto's training could do something to prevent that.
