I think it can't be played differently. It is not a virtuous piece: you can't interpret it very well if you play it faster.

Thank you for comment! Have you ever listened to Seiji Ozawa's interpretation? Is not "a tempo", he always make "rubato", everywhere. Thanks to appreciate my transcription!
