yeah..its got the piezo. Big DT fan here actually..my son and I have matching Petrucci's..John's a really nic and easy gong guy..got to meet him ibce throuch a mutual friend. Good luck with the 7 string..I can see another for me in the future.

haha ok, is it the one with the piezo, cuz i wouldve used that mode, its soo nice clean, Im buying the 7 string "loaded" piezo in medallion gold this week, but I play dream theater all day long and theres no guitar sounds as good as this one when u play dream theater

Thanks Very Much! The Musicman is actually very flexible though. I've got some Ibanez, Jackson and Musicman instruments. I just happened to bring the MM for that song cause I needed something with a little jangle and snap for the clean rhythm parts.

It's a very unique guitar actually, you should maybe try it sometime and find out for yourself, it's good for any type of music

Maybe you should watch some other videos before making a blanket statement like that. hes a very good player, just this song isn't very flashy.
