Wow! you have a good inverted one .I am just now geting that one but try the normal one where your on a leftback outside edge with the right leg extended out to the right ,with your hands out in front of you I think its harder because only a hand ful myself included at my rink can do it.
I taught myself from watching it on tv. Start off by doing deep cross overs and then hold the back left inside edge while it's crossed over the right foot. Keep your free leg pointed forward (actually back from where you were going). It appears that it's sideways (in some cases it is a bit more) but the trick is in the balance and the strong edge. Keep doing it until you can hold the edge and it gets very deep. You'll get it eventually.
Quick tip for beginners: hold a hockey puck in each hand and use those. In order to get as low as possible, use both hands.

I have been working on this forEVER! There are only 4 girls at my rink who can do it so finging help with it is tough! Yours is amazing!
