Cats are much smater then dogs I know because I have 10 dogs and 12 cats lol well 8 of the dogs are at my parents house and so are 10 of the cats but still :)

Of course, there is always sphinx (hairless) cats, but now they've discovered/bred various "hypoallergenic" domestic animals, such as ones that have fur that is actually more like hair. I am not 100% certain as to if these are cats or dogs or both, though. Just thought I'd let you know.
