Although it is a strong possibility that Mr Ahmadinejad may have rigged the votes, you have to remember he still has a very strong following among the poor and rural people of Iran,and may have won fairly and democratically. These people may not (in Western terms) be as educated or forward thinking as Mr Mousavis followers, but they are still the majority of Iran, and for whatever reasons, they may have voted in large numbers for Mr Ahmadinejad. I hope the truth does come out soon.
