One thing that ALL music artists aspire to have is an emotional connection with the music they write, and in turn that should be passed on to their audience. Man I could feel that emotional connection and it was deep. I know the road with cancer as my Grandad had it for many years so I know the nasty up and down and finally the fact you cannot normally beat it. I think this is a great outlet, keep it up.

I really like the tone of your voice. After listening to the song for a few times, i also thought that the song wasnt really about breaking up. I thought parents too, but i didnt think the cancer thing. I think, although this song is deeply personal, perhaps you made it a bit too slow and a bit too draggy.
