An important difference between negro's and Europeans is the IQ gap. Whites have an IQ of 100 while blacks 85. This gap is genetic and it is stable. If we import thousands of black immigrants into Europe we will just import permanent underclass, like in the US.

now the rates of malaria in africa are much higher than before colonialism because now they live in bigger villages and cities based on the european model, many of those cities were also built close to rivers where mosquitos who spread malaria live, before colonialism they suffered much less than now because they lived in small communities that were spread on large areas and away from rivers and lakes where mosquitos lived.

@nbarrett100 It's not about skin pigmentation, race is more than skin deep, it's about the biology. Different races (population, breeds, ethnicities, etc if you prefer) have different traits- not just physical but also psychological.
An important difference between negro's and Europeans is the IQ gap. Whites have an IQ of 100 while blacks 85. This gap is genetic and it is stable. If we import thousands of black immigrants into Europe we will just import permanent underclass, like in the US.

The data about IQ is collected by thousands of different sources from all over and they keep reporting the same facts. No body is seriously disputing the IQ gap just the causes.
And as for the Pioneer Fund, it is a organization that studies race, a topic most other organizations choose to ignore for political reasons. So yea it does get attacked by the status quo.

@nbarrett100 the theory is that whites and NE Asians developed in harsh winter environments which led made higher intelligence an advantage for survival as opposed to peoples who developed in warmer environments which were blessed with warm weather all year long thus diminishing the need for building homes and tools to ensure survival.
The less intelligent were at a disadvantage were more likely to die come winter or be cut out of breeding by smarter and more productive individuals.
