  • Trolls are real. They live in norway.

They come in 2 types, good trolls and bad trolls. If you make friends with a good troll they will protect you. If you make enemies with a bad troll you better watch out !

Good trolls keep the evil spirits away.

Trolls only come out at night.

Trolls are there for all to see, you just need to look carefully and be quiet.

I have seen many Trolls in the norwegian mountains while out hiking, fishing and cutting wood.

  • did you eat any mushrooms?

  • Yes ! Thank you for asking !

I eat many edible mushrooms from the wild norwegian forest.

There are many mushrooms which are tasty and give good flavour to a variety of dishes.

I like cooking, so i am always cooking with mushrooms. In norway the name for mushrooms is "Sopp".

  • i know :) JEG ER FRA NORGE

  • Do you ever cook with mushrooms ?

I can give you a great recipe for Hval or reindeer with mushrooms !

Anyway, I am off to talk to the Troll that lives behind my house.....

  • troll is just a story that was told around the country long before people here could wright, until there was some dud`s like henrik ibsen F,eks that actualy managed to wright, so he went from place to place and collected storys.now the storys has become children storys and,,,yes it gets a bit scary in the dark at night when its blowing so the forrest makes wierd sound and you are only 1 or 2 or 3 years old..figgadill me..

  • it was asbjørnsen og moe... not ibsen

  • thanks... i wasnt one of those who realy paid antention at school or to something educational that parents n such nagged about x) but i should realy realy know this, but what do you know x)

  • I am not Norwegian and I believe in their existence :) [lool, what a stupid topic of discussion]...

Hey, guys who said you don't believe in them, are you Christians? Because if you are Christians, it's a sin to believe in them, hahahaha. If you are Atheist, that's it...

  • I am from norway...

  • Haha, they make us norwegians sound like idiots... "The norwegians believe very strongly in trolls!"

We don't believe they exists, but it's still somthing that "everybody" knows exists. Kinda like santa claus.

  • I belive in trolls! I have a Norwegian Troll collection at home!

  • How nice! :D

  • lol

  • all right thats anof if your mom works in that shop, youd be commenting in norweigian

  • we comment in english so you foreigners, understand. Right, Yes, Okey, Over and Out.

  • Cool, that shop you see there, is my moms shop. So the guy talking is standing outside our shop =p

  • Must be the shop with the giant troll, right? Great troll. And thanks to your mom for providing the only troll large enough for me to stand next to.

  • @Bug952 hey where is mom's shop located ecxatly... do you mom has a web site, where i can purchase trolls?

  • i come from norway

  • Here is a picture of Espen Askeladden wich fools the Troll to a eating contest. Espen Askeladd cheats and wins and gets the trolls treasure

  • It's stupid to say we "believe" in Trolls, yes they are a part of are culture trough fairytales, but that's like it^^. A more interesting part is that there still live Americans out there beliving we have the same culture as we had for like 100 years ago, but then again that's just funny :)

  • I know, Americans assume a lot of things, and I've heard many times of Americans asking "How is it to have polar bears walking around in the streets? Do you have to carry a gun to protect yourselves?" and they think we have penguins too.

  • True, and it's the same story all over the world, we have prejudice against other countries and people in just the same way, naturally:)

  • Yes, of course. But when some americans for some reason believe that norwegians don't wear shoes (there are norwegians that got the question "how is it to wear shoes?"), I think someone don't use their logical sense.

  • I believe in Trolls.. they live in the forest. (-:

  • Jeg tror på trolde.. de bor i skoven.

  • Trolls are part of Norway's heritage, no matter if people still believe in them. Troll images were all over Norway.

In contrast, I never saw Leprechaun figures in Ireland, leaving me with nothing to film.

I'm hardly a reliable authority, since much of what I say on camera is satire or nonsense. This is clear from viewing "Vikings, Tivoli and Trolls".

Trolls are amusing, the main point of this clip.

    The Intrepid Berkeley Explorer

  • Bevlive Trolls in Norway are you not seruasly. Nobody belive trolls. WE found them up (or maybe we saw them) but we dont belive on them anymore. I think....

  • Hahaha..". WE found them up" "but we dont belive on them anymore" I have never seen so much bad grammar in 2 sentences before !

  • I didnt have alot to time to write it. But how do you say it then?

  • Just admit that you have really poor english skills:) Try 'Nobody believe in trolls, we made them up, but don't believe in them anymore nowadays'. I can't even understand your first 'sentence'. And btw, I'm not that good in english, so anybody feel free to improve this small piece of text into a higher form of written communication:) PEAS! ;)

  • its maybe becouse I wrote something the man said
