cher has been able to reinvent herself time and time again. madonna has been able to do the same. britney has done different styles of music since her career began and would be able to reinvent herself again if she wanted. every single on of lady gaga's songs is the exact same style. if she abandoned the bullshit style that she calls "techno pop" (which is NOT real techno pop!), she would never have a career.

Lol Britney didnt fail. She managed to keep a whole DECADE!... She is still popular, in music. And her tour was the highest grossing tour of 2009. She has broken a lot of records.. And From what I see Rihanna is not failing ethier.. She has new songs all the time, and really good ones... I like Cher better than madonna btw, because She has better songs..

cher's a lot like diana ross, whitney, tina turner and barbra streisand....all good singers but not songwriters or producers; they just sing songs others write for them, nor can they really dance, unlike madonna or gaga...
so its unfair to compare cher to madonna or gaga...in fact the only one who madonna compares to is MJ....they are immortalized as gods of music forever
i like this song tho....reason why i bought the album ^_^

i only disagree with the Barbra statement - she wrote one amazing song and it was one of the best of her career "Evergreen" from a Star is Born. Otherwise i totally agree.
