For those of you wondering, Diana get the surgery and it's a complete success ^^

OMG RLY!?!?!? you mean an anime(by story and animation style) doesnt have a perfect happy ending!? i thought she was going to lose all her hair and bring everyone down in the sequel until she dies uneventfully! VAT A TWEEST!!! >x3
