Honestly I love this sub-class of metal that is technical but lyrically very intelligent as well. I meditate daily for about 30 minutes... those 30 minutes of silence and inner concentration are the most blissful minutes of my day, and when I listen to Decrepit Birth or Death it only adds to my sense that we are surrounded by divinity and how wonderful and mysterious our universe is.

Reminds me kinda of Death this band does, of course cant't compare and is still not as good, but it's refreshing to see some melodic stuff and instrumentals with philisophical ideas, just like Death. R.I.P. Chuck Schuldiner

And I don't know where your getting philosophy based ideas from a musical piece, but if what you meant by that was that they are progressive, i totally agree. Death and DB are really in opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to music comparisons. but im sure that death influenced DB or other bands that influenced DB in some way shape or form. I think they have developed their own subjective style now :D

@overlord3069 I mean't Decrepit Birth can never be as legendary as Death, they are a great band, but no one can fill Chucks shoes. And Decrepit Birth have a very unique style, I was just pointing out the obvious influence of Death in their music, and I love it. Just saying, it's good to see bands doing this kinda stuff now, It fills me with joy, i'm not trying to argue or dis the band man, I'm just showing respect for the sound of the band and for the band that influenced it, that being Death.

This is an awesome song! I belive it is a tie between Solar Impulse and this song right here. I like the rifts in this song better however. Although the breakdowns in Solar impulses are pretty amazing. Great song!
