I was thinking the same thing. While it's true that Michael's popularity in the U.S. went down after the charges, it is striking to see this kind of scene just 2 months before his death. It's so clear that even at the end, Michael still had it. People - and lots of them - still adored him.

This is real cute. He waved and smiled to the people of Beverly Hills(: Aww. He always showed some love, he never just rushed things and never said "Hi!" to people you know! I bet it was amazing for the people in those streets seeing him like that, I would've been all shaky. You kinda feel you were there, cause you do get a little excited. I was thinking the same thing. While it's true that Michael's popularity in the U.S. went down after the charges, it is striking to see this kind of scene just 2 months before his death. It's so clear that even at the end, Michael still had it. People - and lots of them - still adored him.
