This would probably be a nice tutorial... except for the fact that it is moving too bloody fast for a guy to tell what steps you are actually doing to make everything correctly. Try posting a slightly slowed down tutorial for this, instead of posting this in fast-forward or 2x speed or whatever. IT'S TO FAST TO FOLLOW ALONG WELL!

HELP ME ! I need to do stair lift project.I need to build a model of stair lift.But I dont know where to buy mechanism wich would work ..go up and down..

@JimboVids no not escalator. Stair lift for disabled people. I have subject to build something(wich is moving) for disabled people to make their life easer. It is very difficult. It is for my school project. Now I was thinking to change stair lift to elevator..but I don't know how to do it.All elevators I saw on you tube are controled by PLC (computer). And I have to use some gears or motors etc.
