  • what else is left?! This is good, good.Lots of evidence, and more, from her PC,diary, cell calls, the pings...

  • Chloroform in ! HALLELUJUH there is a God :)

  • @mianabanana I posted Prime News nearly 4 hours ago.

  • @mianabanana You got into your channel. :) :)

  • OMG OMG I been waiting on this! I went to my chemo today didnt feel so good so I went to bed after that for a little while. I got up just to look to see if the Judge made any more ruleings and low and behold Sierra again like always MADE my DAY!!! thanks so much Sierra for the good news. You made my evening for sure!

  • Personally I feel very ok with the ruling to let all (or most) of the evidence come in to the trial - on the other hand I think of the number of reasons for an (or the) appeal..

  • @mathilda163 There would be an appeal even if none of the evidence came in. Just standard practice in cases like this. The good thing is the state is running out of money, so any appeals would be on the back burner for a while. :)

  • @Sierra1947 This is what I learned from this case - automatic appeal in the states etc. ;-) Personally for me - the chloroform issue is a very strong one (Dr. Vass..) very hart to beat in compare to other issues.

  • Casey's on her cot, kicking her feet and pounding her fists; "Tell him to stop! Tell him to stop!"

Tough dookie, cookie. Here Come The Judge!

  • thanks for the upload and JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE !!!! YEA!

  • @cheythebest1 Your welcome.

  • thx patty, i was confused about this one. does that mean all of dr vass's testimony and air test goes in?

  • @shewstring2000 I haven't even had a second yet to read the article or the ruling. I would believe that Dr. Vass' testimony is IN because he gave all the stats on the chloroform. I will go and read it after dinner.

  • @Sierra1947 thx you are the best of the best!!!

  • @shewstring2000 Well, my viewers are the best too! :)

  • @shewstring2000 This ruling as far as I can tell has to do ONLY with the chloroform, and not with the smell of decomposition.

  • @Sierra1947 don;t think they even need tge decomp from Vass- they have so many other sources for that - they may exclude his air test but allow his 'nose' testimony

  • She is so done ....

  • @silentfades Yupper!!!
