I agree with Cenk. It was a friendly match. Michael Jordan did alot of crazy ass dunks where as most players today go for basic. Which is one of the reason why he is the GOAT, very entertaining to watch, and the best bang for your buck.

Besides the fact that he took an unnecessary risk, when you kick it out like that, you're not passing it off with any precision. A goal keeper's job is to pass it to a team mate or clear it down the other end of the field. Aside from the show-boating, a light tap like this accomplishes nothing.

he also could have controlled the ball better and kept the ball on columbia's side, versus giving it back to england. But I do agree with you that it was a cool move and it was very entertaining, and if it is a friendly match, why not. But if it was world cup, then you better catch that ball, so you have more control over who gets the ball.
