programs with Dr. Ann Wigmore while she was alive and I must say, you have put it all in a nutshell! This is the most comprehensive, effective tool I have come across for preventative health care.
For "newbees", it is a great introduction, easy to use and understand; and for "oldtimers" an inspiring and diverse review. One of the most effective things we can do to uplift the economy is to cut health care costs by prevention.
